HR Specialist Interview Questions

HR Specialists manage all HR tasks like employee development, performance reviews, benefits, and compensation.
Candidates for this role generally have a degree in HR along with relevant work experience. Also, they are aware of labor legislation. If you are looking for someone who can administer insurance plans, ask simple questions related to healthcare coverage or similar benefits to check candidates’ knowledge.
Like for any other HR roles, look for candidates with good people skills. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with various internal departments and external resources, so they should have a pleasant and professional attitude. If the future hire will be managing a team, also assess candidates’ leadership skills.
