Staff Assistants are responsible for providing administrative support to the employees of a company. They organize, manage, and retrieve company’s data and also assist with various other projects.

For this role, the candidates must have a sound understanding of all basic procedures of a company, such as arranging travel accommodations and inputting new hires’ information into company databases. Candidates with prior experience in similar administrative roles must be preferred since they will need less training (such as training on the usage of office equipment).

Look for candidates who are detail-oriented and organized since they will be handling paperwork and maintaining the bulk of records. The best candidates will possess the ability to prioritize their tasks and work under minimal supervision.
