When interviewing candidates for this role, look for individuals having the strong leadership skills needed to create a collaborative work environment and manage teams. The best Team Leaders are able to motivate their team members with recognition and constructive feedback and are also able to set examples for their subordinates.

You should focus on those candidates who demonstrate a professional personality along with a promising attitude of following company policies, handling confidential information, and making difficult decisions.
