Considerations for Hiring a Secretary

Secretaries are responsible for supporting the Executives and reducing their workload by undertaking various administrative as well as clerical tasks. Their responsibilities are nearly the same as those of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants. They receive calls, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain databases as well as filing systems. They also sometimes act as spokespersons and gatekeepers of Managers for providing different people access to them.
