  • Experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Profound understanding of sales administration process
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant discipline
