  • Managing the entire recruitment and hiring process
  • Developing and monitoring the company’s HR strategies, procedures, systems, and tactics
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations throughout HR management
  • Reporting to senior management while also providing support in the decision-making process using HR metrics
  • Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs
  • Maintaining pay plans as well as benefits programs
  • Overseeing and managing performance appraisal systems for driving high performance
  • Nurturing a positive workplace environment by addressing problems/issues as soon as they arise
  • Supporting current as well as future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital

Job Requirements

  • At least a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager
  • Sound knowledge of all labor regulations, HR techniques as well as best practices
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Sound knowledge of various HR systems as well as databases
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relations throughout the company’s hierarchy
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
