As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting senior account managers in maintaining and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and assisting with the development and execution of account strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts, including maintaining regular communication, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans, working closely with senior account managers to identify growth opportunities and deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct research and gather data on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform account strategies and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing our products or services and highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status updates in CRM systems or other databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong desire to develop skills and grow within the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is desirable.
