  • Autonomous Question Creation: Upload your job description, and our AI will generate relevant and vetted questions that address the job requirements and skill needs. Users can edit questions, including swapping out questions for alternative questions, changing the question format (multiple choice, rating scale, etc.), and changing the difficulty level.
  • Interview Summaries: Glider AI will automatically summarize the interview and highlight critical skills or phrases that address job requirements. This feature is available across interview formats, including all live and asynchronous interviews.
  • Interview Panel: To expedite the interview process, hiring teams can predefine interview roles. Glider will schedule interviews based on role definition and availability, ensuring interviews are objective and efficient.
  • Skills Mapping: When you upload a job description or add job requirements, our AI will map related skills for the role and match candidates with the required skills.
  • Skills Evaluation: When candidates complete an interview, skill assessment, or screening, our AI analyzes the results and ranks candidates based on how well they meet skill requirements. Although our AI ranks candidates based on how they meet skill requirements, hiring stakeholders are required to approve the rating and can override the AI recommendations.
  • Feedback Automation: When candidates complete screening, skill assessment, or interview, Glider AI will automate stakeholder feedback collection, capturing feedback in a standard rubric, ensuring fairness and speed.
