  • Good understanding of relevant CRM software
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Profound knowledge of telephone systems
  • Exceptional knowledge of English
  • Capability to learn about services and products and explain them to prospects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field preferred
