We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts and shape the future of our organization.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, for multiple products within our portfolio.
- Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate on product improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.

- Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
