The role of an Account Director is to carry out the responsibilities of account management and administer the subordinate staff. Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Director or similar role
  • Must have a keen understanding of budget and should be able to submit reports on progress
  • Must have experience in negotiating and meeting the client requirements
  • Knowledge of MS Office and pertinent software such as Salesforce
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques as well as metrics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and leadership qualities
