UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer for turning our software into useful products which can be easily used by our clients. Your responsibility will be to design graphic elements as well as to build navigation components. Your ultimate goal would be the creation of appealing and functional features to address the needs of our clients that will consequently help us to grow.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have prior experience with wireframe tools and design software. We will prefer those candidates who have a portfolio of professional design projects, especially work related to web or mobile applications.

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design or a related field
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Experience of working with design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Sound knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. InVision and Wireframe.cc)
  • A portfolio of professional design projects, preferably work related to web/mobile applications
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details
  • An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude


  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements by collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers

  • Designing graphic user interface elements (e.g. menus, widgets and tabs)
  • Building search fields and page navigation buttons
  • Preparing and presenting rough drafts to key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems such as responsiveness
  • Conducting layout adjustments on the basis of user feedback
  • Creating original graphic designs (e.g. sketches, images, and tables)
  • Developing UI prototypes and mockups for clearly illustrating how sites function and look like
  • Adhering to style standards on colors, fonts, and images
