We are hiring a qualified Accounts Receivable Manager for overseeing all phases of the payment collection process from the customers of our company.

What does an Accounting Receivable Manager do?

You will manage invoices, supervise Accounts Receivable Clerks and handle missed payments. Your ultimate goal would be to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the accounts receivable process. 

In order to succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in managing finance teams and a sound knowledge of all accounting processes required for managing daily transactions. 

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA or CFA)
  • Prior experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager
  • Experience with statistical and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Experience with MS Excel, especially pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to prepare as well as present comprehensive reports
  • Ability to process numerical data accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent negotiation and team management skills
  • A keen eye for details
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to quickly solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Supporting Accounts Receivable Clerks and also training new recruits
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting principles by regularly monitoring the team members
  • Staying aware of legislative as well as industry changes
  • Conducting credit checks
  • Negotiating with clients in non-payment cases
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as financial forecasts
  • Organizing records of bills, invoices, and deposits
  • Ensuring quality collection procedures and invoicing techniques in compliance with the law
