We are looking for an Account Supervisor who can manage our clients marketing plans and campaigns. The aspirant should have excellent communication skills and should be able to manage national media relations. Responsibilities

  • Should lead teammates like account representatives and account executives
  • Monitor the performance of the team and also give guidance when required
  • Assign new tasks and accounts to team members
  • Keep an eye on the analysis, execution, and optimization of marketing plans
  • Should provide recommendations for communication and advertisement campaigns
  • Help prioritize workload if a team member is overwhelmed
  • Ensure that the team is focused towards accomplishing right tasks and outcomes
  • Inspire the juniors to do a great job
  • Maintain professional work environment to encourage productive and direct conflict management

Requirements

  • Should have a proven experience as an Account Supervisor
  • Qualifications: Bachelors in communications, marketing or in a related field
  • Experience in managing project is a must
  • Familiar with reporting and budgeting of a project
  • Should have experience in customer service and should be trustworthy in managing accounts
  • Knowledge of advertising and online marketing
  • Proficient in social media marketing and MS Office
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Create outstanding strategies to satisfy client needs
