In order to succeed in this role, you must have a sound knowledge of all market facets. In addition to that, you must possess excellent problem-solving qualities needed for providing recommendations and solutions to increase the efficiency and profitability of clients’ businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and executing assigned projects on the behalf of company’s clients (e.g. promotional campaigns, recruiting, payroll etc.)
  • Meeting with the assigned clients for performing initial assessments of problematic situations
  • Collecting information about the business of client through various methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, reading reports, shadowing etc.)
  • Analyzing and interpreting data for unearthing problems and weaknesses and also comprehending the causes
  • Formulating solutions and recommendations in accordance with client’s limitations, capabilities and wishes
  • Providing guidance for issues and problems as soon as they occur
  • Assisting clients in resolving occasional discrepancies and implementing the planned strategies
  • Developing comprehensive business plans for driving small or big changes
  • Presenting suggestions and findings to clients with practical advice and ample justifications

Requirements

  • At least a Master’s degree in Business Administration or the specialized business field
  • Prior experience as a Business Consultant
  • Sound knowledge of all business matters (e.g. Marketing, HR, IT etc.)
  • Experience with databases and business management software (e.g. ERP, CRM etc.)
  • Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional data collection and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
