Senior Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts and shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, for multiple products within our portfolio.
  2. Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
  5. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  6. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate on product improvements based on data-driven insights.
  8. Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  9. Mentor and coach junior members of the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
