  • Monitoring the performance of the team as well as reporting on performance metrics

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Management or a relevant field; additional team management training is a plus
  • Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or a similar role
  • Experience with office software, especially MS Office
  • Strong decision-making qualities
  • Sound knowledge of reporting and performance metrics
  • English proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional team-management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
