Responsibilities

  • Undertaking long-term as well as short-term projects for addressing various issues
  • Using interviews and surveys for the purpose of collecting necessary data
  • Meeting with appropriate staff or management for the purpose of understanding their requirements
  • Staying aware of industry advancements
  • Evaluating the situations and making adjustments as needed
  • Arranging for or providing training to employees

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; certification in consulting is a plus
  • Prior experience as a Consultant
  • Sound knowledge of project management and respective expertise area
  • Familiarity with latest industry advancements
  • Experience with data research as well as analysis techniques
  • Experience with IT systems and business software
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive plans and proposals
  • Excellent coordination skills with a creative mindset
  • Good listening skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse disciplines
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
