Mail Clerks are responsible for collecting, sorting and distributing company correspondence and packages. They also ensure that the mails sent out reach the recipients in good condition and on time.

This role doesn’t need a specific educational qualification or certification. However, candidates with relevant work experience will be aware of relevant record-keeping methods and office equipment use. Also, check candidates’ knowledge of stock management (e.g. correspondence paper and envelopes.)

Knowledgeable candidates will also have great communication skills to correctly record mailing addresses and delivery time.
