We are hiring a Senior Designer for producing and overseeing our print as well as digital design solutions to fulfill our company’s marketing needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our design team deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and hence promotes our brand.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Senior Designer or a related senior role
  • A strong portfolio of professional and creative graphic designs projects
  • Experience with graphics editing software (e.g. InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
  • Experience with design software (e.g. Balsamiq and InDesign)
  • Aesthetic sense to develop beautiful combinations of various fonts, colors and layouts
  • Exceptional time management skills along with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills along with a keen eye for visual details
  • A creative mind with a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the design projects throughout their development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
  • Creating original designs, including infographics as well as illustrations
  • Reviewing the work of junior designers so as to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Liaising with design and marketing teams for ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Maintaining brand consistency in all marketing projects
  • Making digital products more user-friendly
  • Generating ideas for the purpose of portraying concepts and advertising products/services
  • Applying typography techniques
  • Refining images, layouts, and fonts by using graphic design software
  • Staying aware of latest industry trends and advancements
