Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to build relationships with potential clients. You will be the face of the company in interacting with key clients. You must have exceptional communication skills with an inclination towards customer service. You should be able to identify new opportunities to promote sales and ensure client satisfaction. A suitable candidate must be capable of achieving sales target and creating strategic account targets.

Responsibilities

  • Meet the objectives of assigned strategic account
  • Communicate regularly with key clients and respond to particular queries
  • Deal with problems and complaints in an effective and timely manner
  • Recommend innovative ideas and solutions to meet the needs of clients
  • Approach new competent strategic customers
  • Work as the link between internal teams and key customers
  • Prepare sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or related discipline is a must
  •  Should have work experience as a key account manager or strategic account manager
  • Hands on experience with account management systems and CRM software
  • Sales experience in the B2B environment
  • Flexible to travel
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to manage the requests of the customers in a timely manner
  • Must have a problem-solving attitude
  • Should be able to build strong relationships with clients
