Junior Designer Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Designer for creating innovative and engaging designs for us according to our company’s requirements. You will be responsible for creating impactful designs that will promote and sell our company’s vision. You will be working under the supervision of a Senior Designer for producing quality designs.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have a keen eye for visual detail and you must be highly creative. Secondly, you should be eager and passionate about learning new things related to design. So, if you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and qualify the following requirements, we would like to hear from you.


  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field
  • Prior experience as a Junior Designer
  • A strong portfolio of professional and creative graphic designs projects
  • Experience with graphics editing tools and design software (e.g. InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
  • Sound knowledge of all design techniques, especially prototyping
  • Sound knowledge of the visual elements (e.g. fonts, layout, and type)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional time management skills along with the ability to multitask
  • A creative mind with a problem-solving attitude


  • Understanding project scope and requirements
  • Producing prototypes, drafts as well as engaging design solutions
  • Launching designs by collaborating with team members
  • Producing innovative and creative designs (e.g. banners, logos, interfaces)
  • Contributing to design projects throughout their development cycle from concept to completion
  • Taking on special design tasks for supporting multiple projects (e.g. color correction)
  • Improving designs by incorporating user feedback
  • Staying aware of the latest industry trends and advancements
