Diwali is that time of year where the Glider AI India team comes together for an evening of fun and togetherness. This time, we changed it up a little and decided to call on the talents of the Glider extended family for this year’s Diwali celebrations. Also known as the festival of lights, in India it symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, good over evil and togetherness.

Our Bangalore team and their families were invited for our celebrations this year and it was truly memorable. From mesmerizing dance performances, musical performances and even seeing some young talent (the children of various Glider team members) wow the audience with their skills on the drums and guitar – hidden talents within the team sprung to light and it was a wonderful evening. 

The judges for the various events did have a tough time, determining winners was an extremely difficult job due to the talent on display. However, the sense of unity and camaraderie amongst the colleagues and the team spirit was what truly made the whole celebration special.

This celebration in particular showcased and reinforced the fact that the Glider AI culture is not about individual excellence but to foster a sense of unity, and grow and achieve things collectively as a team.

As Diwali celebrates new beginnings, this signifies the start of a new chapter at Glider AI, one where we see continued growth and even more success and more importantly, where we maintain our commitment to enhancing our company culture.
Like Richard Branson said – “There’s no magic formula for great company culture. The key is just to treat your staff how you’d like to be treated.” At Glider, we believe in this firmly and it has worked extremely well for us thus far.
