  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs and materials to educate employees on compliance policies, procedures, and expectations, raising awareness of compliance risks and promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior.

Maintaining Compliance Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, audit findings, investigations, training sessions, and regulatory correspondence, ensuring documentation is organized, accessible, and compliant with recordkeeping requirements.

Reporting Compliance Status:

  • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports, assessments, and certifications to senior management, board of directors, regulatory agencies, and external auditors, documenting compliance achievements, challenges, and remediation efforts.

Collaborating with Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel, risk management, internal audit, and business units, as well as external stakeholders, such as regulators, industry associations, and business partners, to address compliance issues and achieve organizational objectives.
